Hi guys this is my second review that I'm doing just a quick recap I was sent by momentum to Durban south panel and paint on the morning of 17 February for an assessment cause my bumper came out should have been a quick 1 or 2 hour check up even less because I drove there with my bumper I was told that morning that I cant take my car and go because the front bumper is out they don't phone me that afternoon they don't phone me Tuesday or Wednesday I had to phone them to ask them so the insurance company told me they received my assessment and if I want to go through with Durban south panel and paint I said if this is how yourl going to operate I would like to take it to a panelbeater of my choice that day my car was released I went to pick up my car the receptionist refused saying the yard is closed this is at 4 but when I spoke to the other employees they told me the yard closes at 4.30-5 then they told me come back tomorrow I had no choice so I said okay while I was there there was a storm a flood I go back the next day the gates are locked they not allowing anyone in they got pump with generators pumping out water they got car seats taken out of cars just lying around luckily I took pictures of all this then they saying they can't find my car they don't know were the keys is for my car and for the other yards they saying I must come back there tomorrow when a manager is there after arguing with them I decided to leave as I drive a little down the road I see my car there doors open carpets out water dripping from everywere the back seat floors has puddles of water the cup holders were full of water in the presence of there employee I took pictures of all this the next week after going back and forth they gave me my car I had to tow it out and imagine I drove it in its been 39 days today and I'm not getting any positive feedback from them momentum initially said it's an act of nature and the panelbeaters are not responsible now they closed my claim and said the panelbeaters will sort everything out as momentum is the insurance company for Durban south p and p when I phoned Durban south they told me they don't know anything about my claim and they don't know what I'm talking about I got hold of the commercial department at momentum and spoke to a guy by the name of Neil Francis he's story to me is that the water was only 30cm high if so then how did it fill the cup holders and how was the backseat full with water I sent them all the pictures my car was getting white mold now It's full of green and white and yellow mold I never knew that these companies would be behaving like this talking is one thing but I have the evidence is the facts if anyone can help me or advise me my cell number is 084 431 3732
