Nice and friendly
Today 2025.02.26I phoned them for a visor for my helmet, they had one in stock that was ordered for me from another motorbike shop that I was waiting for since January needles to say I even got a discount they cleaned my helmet and put it on for me great service, friendly staff nice and clean showroom I will even take my bike there for a service when needed. They even have a lot of stock for bikers. Even a shop for drinking coffee or cooldrink while you wait

I bought a helmet online, and it came in two days(JHB). a beautiful and friendly woman called to let me know it was leaving the store yesterday and it came with a pin lock that I was not expecting. I will definitely support them again!

Bad service
so this is an ongoing story. i bought a "new" motorcycle battery at motorcycle world parow on 12 december. they gave me some chinese make battery, but seeing that its a new batry, i took it. battery hasnt worked for me since. i took it back to them on the 23rd december, they charged it and gave it back to me 2weeks later. waiting on them now to see whats next. but they dont want to refund. really Bad service from them.

Best Motorcycle Shop around
I recental bought my dream bike after 9 years. I bought it at motorcycle world in Parrow. These guys were brilliant. So helpful and made It so easy for me they even delivered the bike to me in Strand. On top of that 4.months later it needed a service which they did free of charge. Now that's a Bike shop you want to deal with. Thanks you Ryan Neves and Team.

Best Motorcycle Shop around

Motorcycle World Parow Service Excelence
I recently purchased a used motorcycle from motorcycle world in Parow. The main 2 people I dealt with are J.C. and Tyrone. There was some interaction with other staff members and from what I experience this is a group in a million. Time and again the staff went the extra mile to ensure my dealings with them was above excellent. I fully recommend this business for all people wanting to invest in a motorcycle.
