My wife is a firm believer of Platinum Life . She has been with them for decades....I honestly think she prefers Platinum Life to me ...lol... but they do excel !

ABSA INSURANCE RUSTENBURG SUCKS
I have never in 22 years - put in a claim - now that i truly need serious help with a collapsing wall - after severe weather storms - now Absa phones to inform me that they cannot assist - they have a lot of excuses YET they take their insurance fees annually without any hesitation - WHAT are they there for if they cant assist - i dont have the funds to set up a wall on my own -Ive replaced the thatch roof 3x at my own expence - dont they take the number of years in consideration of no claims - I feel like transfering my personal accounts - my bonds - my business - everything - to a different bank - seriously - I FEEL ive been taken for a fool by nurturing my claims by never claiming .

I WISH WE COULD UPLOAD VIDEOS of the staff of this branch . Dear Lord ! They are beyond PATHETIC!!! They chat for hours on end instead of taking telephone numbers and take the conversations and visitations from there .Absa SUCKS DUE TO STAFF INCOMPETENCY

Training at PF with a black tag truly Not advantage!! That damn BOOK that needs to be filled in wiith EVERY damn visit is a PAIN. WHY dont u guys issue a certain lock in badge for black tags ??? Rustenburg esp SUCKS . Business ppl like us have 45min max !! Now we hve to waste time by signing a silly book. Theres no water, the list can go on and on.. every third machine has a sign sayiing its out of order!! Yet the rates remain the same.
