I wanted to hire a vehicle from this company as they charge good rates per day and have affordable deposit. I emailed them and they informed me they have 2 options available which they said it's a polo vivo and Toyota etios. I chose a Vivo and I was told to email my Drivers license, ID, proof of address and pay slip then I will be sent a rental agreement. After sending all the documents required, I got an email saying they are fully booked they will tell when there is any vehicles available. This is after they said they have a vivo and etios. I feel this is a polite way to say NO we don't want to give you our car. I don't know why they changed their tone after sending my documents. I'm just an SA citizen who wanted to hire a car as I could afford at this time to do so. Im not happy with this service. Otherwise affordability it is a Yes, but for me Sevice is a NO. I feel I was judged before getting a chance.
