Don't buy any vehicles from Motorport Bayside. They will sell you and inadequate and inferior product that will break down and they will offer you no help whatsoever. My vehicle has been in the repair shop for over 8 months and the costs is running R81000. They are the worst. Absolutely useless

One of the worst vehicle buying experiences of my life. Stay away. Selling inadequate and inferior vehicles for double the amount it is worth. Don't expect any after sales service either. Sold myself a vehicle that broke down just over the six months period. Sitting with repair cost of over R80000.

These guys are amazing! I have been in sales for 13 years, so I know the good, the bad and the ugly. They were amazing

These guys will sell you a vehicle and not disclose anything because it's obviously just a sale for them and all about the money, not customer focused at all. I purchased a vehicle from them and picked up a few things that they needed to fix at their cost because I am the client and would expect the car in good condition as advertised. After back and forth for days for repairs and back orders coming out of Germany for certain parts I was told that "Please no more costs" I am still waiting on certain back order goods that should have arrived from Germany by now... haven't been contacted with regards to the goods ever arriving. Anyways.... Mr De Koker, for NOT disclosing that the vehicle was in an accident and I wouldn't have made the purchase if I had known. Now a year on and I have to pay in excess of R35000 for damages and repairs that were not fixed after the vehicle was in an accident. They will tell you lie upon lie and cut corners wherever they can!!! False advertising! Absolutely disgusted with their service!

I had excellent service from Clyde and JP at this dealership. They helped me to buy a very good Nissan Xtrail and when the car's battery died 3 months after we bought the car they replaced it free of charge, no questions asked.

I will still leave a comment here, even if it is to help only one person not make the same mistake and get burned financially and emotionally like my family. Motorport Bayside has very friendly and helpful staff when one walks in as a buyer, it is when the car you buy from them starts breaking (total engine failure) when they turn out to be not so friendly and not so helpful. Who knew that a car had any other purpose then to drive one from point A to point B without breaking, even if it is an older car. They sold it to us as "having a brand new engine" we would not have looked at it otherwise. And when it kept breaking down and we wanted to cancel the buy, they said: "but you knew it was an older car." These people are sly and they took advantage and bullied my family. They tried every trick in the book and delayed the cancelation for months. It was our only car and they knew that if they pushed us, we would have to give up. We found a wonderful lawyer and she helped us to finally get some of our money back, we would not have been able to get their attention without her help (we did take a big financial knock) but at least we got some of it back and we can move on & get this bad experience out of our lives. WARNING: these people tell lie upon lie upon lie to cover their butts. If you do buy a car from them, I would recommend you have it checked out at your nearest AA immediately because the details of our story is shocking and the list of things that was wrong with the car we bought from Motorport Bayside too long for the available space here.
