No wonder there is so much unlicensed cars nd drivers in and around cpt
City of Cape Town To whom it may concern How is it possible that the city can let u stand in a line for a full day an not help u "we can lose at 15:30 "but no movement of the line. Now they tell if i catch u with expired disc ill write u. ***!!! ppl with diabetes stood in the line since before time and not helped.Why????
