Very Poor Customer Service..
I had a very disappointing experience with The Racers Edge. I purchased seats from them which were never delivered. After requesting a refund, I have now been waiting over two months with no payment received. I keep being told that the refund will be processed “tomorrow,” but nothing ever happens. It has been excuse after excuse with no real resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is extremely frustrating. This has been a terrible customer experience, and I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Racers Edge. I purchased seats from them which were never delivered. Pathetic Service From Racers Edge Umgeni Road
Bought 16 Inch Rims from Racers Edge In Umgeni Road on the 03 July 2025...I paid R8500 for the Mag Rims... After a month I noticed the plastic studs came out on two of the mag Rims...I went into the store personally to show them what was happening...They directed me to an Indian female who was arrogant and told me that there is nothing she can do as that is an accessory on the mag rim....I was upset and told her that I won't accept this...She then called one of her staff and asked them to take pics of my mags which he did.... The arrogant lady then promised to order accessories for all 4 mag Rims but to date nothing....I have their wattsapp messages printed as proof....This is pathetic Service....This shows me that they are so good to a customer when taking your money and when you complain they don't give a damn.... The lady who I assume is the owner is rude and don't care about her customers.... My family and friends will not support this business ever again...Thank you

The racers edge
I placed an order with Racers Edge and shortly after, I contacted them to cancel and request a refund before I even collected the items. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a store credit. Their attitude was unhelpful and dismissive — I was even told to try reselling the product myself, even though I never took possession of it. How is that fair or professional? Customer service was absolutely poor, and I felt like I was being pushed around instead of helped. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers like this, especially when the product was never collected.

Ordered a bonnet guard, which arrived very badly packaged and cracked. Not responding to e.mails and no feedback as to a resolution, even after speaking to the branch manager. Not the way to run a business.

Disappointed.
Think twice maybe more of buying rims and tyres from them. Just bought a rim and Tyre combo for R12800 and the rims isn't running straight. They telling me it's normal because there isn't much of a shudder on the steering wheel. I will never recommend them. Spending so much more there. Not happy.
