On the 15/05/2025, the client brought the vehicle in for repairs, as they pulleys on the vehicle is damage. i mailed the company with regards to the motor warranty and they said that we must sent them everything payment take 4-5days once invoice is received. we sent them the invoice on the 16/052/2025 for payment, on friday 23/05/2025 i send a mail to the department that is handing the claim no reponse from admin@mototech.biz, so i forwarded the mail to info@mototech.biz, where i received a reply from, to say that the details are with Auto and General and that they would sent me the proof of payment once they have received the documentation back, but on friday 23/05/2025 it has been already five days. i sent them again a mail this morning 26/05/2025 regarding the payment as the client wants their vehicle, and we cannot release the vehicle without payment.

We now have had 2 bad experiences with Mototech, a person by the name of John who claims he has 41 years experience but when I asked how can he back this up with engineering degree he could not claim to it. His company put a engine in our car through 911 auto because the previous engine packed up after just we bought the car from weelee. Weelee sells broken cars and they use this Mototech as a warranty. We paid the warranty with our purchase from weelee for peace of mind. These companies must be imvestigated. After putting in the second engine we had a water leaked and it was a corroded pipe that came with the 2nd hand engine and they wanted us to pay half, we refused and they paid the claim, after us making noise,. We had this car for 2months of 2024 as it was at the mechanics for the rest of the year. There was a first claim of R35000 without us even knowing that it was claimed this was between February and April 2024. We got the car back and the engine seized the car was awyay for another 3months and the engine was replaced. We got the car back in November and we did less than 3000 km and in January 2025 the 2nd hand engine packed up, the car switched off and we got a flat bed to bring it home, we started the car the next day and it had a knocking noise and it switched off after few seconds. We called the mechanic immediately and the car went in 8th January. This John assessed the car and with his 41 years experience he says the car was driven with the knocking noise. Clearly he is not a professional mechanic because bmw goes into limp mode if anything is wrong on the engine, in this case the car switched off and didn't start again. He confirmed on the call that he assumed the car was driven like that which is not the case and he would have put this in his report to auto and General. This was just a tactic to jot pay the claim and he assumed. You can't base your decision on assumption, you need facts proof from a professional mechanic or engineer not what you think. Putting false info in a report is *******. He says about some clause, now the clause comes out about if you hear a noise you must switch off. Mr John there was no noise and the car switched off. It's time to retire if you judgment is wrong. This is a money making scheme and people need to be investigated. We will be putting them on all other platforms and news paper to investigate. They are the administrator of auto and general and this should also be investigated about not wanting to pay claims. Very unhappy client who take warranty but they don't want to pay. Warrant payments and approvals should not be in good faith. It's a product that you pay for for when you have mechanical breakdown You out the engine in our car with an underlying issue so you should fix it

I am shocked, confused and really ****ed off with this company. I bought a warranty for my vehicle with this company MotoTechnology (Pty) Ltd T/A MotoTech and I say who ever is considering taking cover with them "RUN" as far as you can, they will take your money and will find all the reasons not to pay a claim. My radiator bottle is leaking and it happened when I was far so I had to replace it and I did so with a 2nd had I got then come Monday I submitted a claim, they requested a quote which I did from a dealer, they come back and say they want me put back the leaking bottle, go to the dealer so they can remove the bottle, confirm it's leaking and then send them a quote that includes labor as the dealer will give guarantee to the work. So they will rather pay +/- R800 from my money to the dealer just to remove and replace a bottle than just to buy me the bottle, they are doing so just make sure the policy elapse.

Thank you to Moto and New National Assurance Company Limited for approving my extended warranty claim within 30mins of submitting the claim, after KIA Motors rejected to cover it even after they incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle.

Best service I have received in years. Always willing to help. My car developed a problem in George over December and they went as far as recomending a reputable business in George and cheked up if we were helped afterwards. Always upfront and honest. Thanks a million.

I had an issue with my car and sent it to the workshop, the claim has been sent from the workshop in the middle if August along with service history, failure report and quote to repair. The workshop kept informing me when they call they are told about waiting for assessor. It is now October and I called the insurance and they said no claim has been put through. All the emails between workshop and insurance has been sent to me and a claim was put through again 2 days later I called and they tell me that no claim has been received, the consultant has out in the workshop email address and found all the emails between workshop and insurance for past 2 and half months of which I had to hire a car and use public transport because the insurance cannot find the emails. I requested to speak to the manager and he is not available ever. Today is the 27 of October and absolutely nothing has been done yet insurance says they awaiting documents yet I sat with the manager of the workshop and sent the information about 4 times already and yet they apparently don't have the paperwork, my point is that a warranty should be quick and responsive not useless, so I advise others try motorite or innovation or something else, don't waste your time with these people because they will just waste your time to a point you won't even remember you even have a car.
