It's being a battle of 3months fighting with cartrack to come remove their unit from my car.they keep promising to call me back. But they never do why do people still support this company 🙄 they just ****ming me my money

Where do i start 🤔 i normally get very irritated by consulted. But Lord a lady called Keamogetswe 🙏 God bless her work for the world. Follow up emails charging my quotes and dealing with my moods I would give her 10/10. Thank you Keamogetswe for being such a darling ❤️

This company is a ripping me off,i took a warranty with them and never claimed, a year later they only give me R2000 from paying them R12 500 excluding vat? That's day light *******. I wish people can not support your business

Very useless and rude, it's been over a month now and everytime I call i get different excuses. I really dont know why the hell did I join them again.now I really dont want anything to do with me all I want is for them to vome remove their track and leave me the hell alone. All the know is to run to our bank but service never.people must stay away from this company shame

My dad took a contract for my younger sister at pep sannieshof, The phone was booked into repair at Vodacom, today when i call them they now tell me that the phone doesn't have insurance how? this people are a real ****. taking advantage of old people and ripping them off their money. how come possible is that on the contract it say he has insurance now because he has to claim they giving out useless reasons. stay away from these **** a ****ming company.

My dad took a contract for my younger sister, six month down the line her phone stopped working and we took the phone back to Pep store in sannieshof. The phone was booked in and a week later ,we have to pay R1500.like what the hell why pay R1500 for a phone that costs R1800 cash price? Samsung A05. While we were there the consulted was very rude.and only to find out it wasn't us only that has an issue with their phone. Are they selling rejects to the community? Or is it a scheme to make money out of people 🤔 . They us this number to call 0860 900 900. They want their R1500 nothing more or less just money. Why the hell do we have insurance and warranties? Vodacom is a **** 😒
