I would definitely not recommend Ford Motus Diep River, not even to my worst enemy.

Since January 2025, my vehicle has already been booked in three times to date for the same issue. An oil leak was first discovered while it was still under warranty. The repair was supposedly done, yet about a month later I noticed the oil leak was still there.

I was told to bring the vehicle back, only to be quoted R14,000 because the car was now conveniently “out of warranty.” I paid the amount, and within just one week, another oil leak appeared. Despite repeated visits, the issue remains unresolved.

To make matters worse, my vehicle has been with them since 21 July 2025 and is still there to date, with no communication whatsoever.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel completely cheated, misled, and ****** of both my time and money. This is not the level of service or accountability one expects from a brand like Ford.

Avoid Ford Motus Diep River at all costs if you value your money, time, and peace of mind.
