I am Writing This With A Very Heavy Heart Around Month End Of Jan I Brought A Brand New Car Financed By MFC Around Month End Of April I Started Experiencing Issues With The Vehicle The First Time I Started Experiencing Issues With It I Contacted The Dealer And They Gave Me A Cold Shoulder With No Assistance Then Again Now In August I Experienced The Very Same Issue The Car Normally Just Switches Off On Its Own I Decided To Call The Dealer Again To Let Them Know But This Time Around I Did Things A Little Bit Different I Personally Decided To Tow Back The Car To Them Thinking They Will Assist Not Knowing That They Will Insist In Forcing Me To Agree In Getting A Brand New Car Fixed Mind You The Car Is Still On 11 000km Not Even Ready For Service Yet Will You Kindly Assist Me With Getting Justice Because I Am Not About To Drive A Brand New Car That Has Been Repaired Because I Am Paying So Much Money For That Car The Car Is Still Within A Period Of Six Months But I Started Experiencing All This When It Was Within A Period Of 3 Months With No Assistance I Honestly Need An Urgent Assistance Because I Am Failing To Assistance From The Dealer Instead All I’m Getting Is Humiliation .
