Service incompetence
Cannot get hold of the on the phone, my car makes noise on the front suspension and they claim to have tightened the suspension. Cv joints making noise and they didn't fix or give me a quotation. I must pay for diagnostics whilst they had the car for service and claim to have tightened front suspension.

30 Jan 2025, 08:04Mind you they had my car for more than a day and I actually had to call them to pick me up so I can fetch my car. Still my front suspension was making noise. Some rubbers are worn out but they don't alert you as a customer and you have to pay additional amounts for diagnostics 😒
