Hyundai Menlyn skimping out on service details

I took my car for service at Hyundai Menlyn, they did not adjust my handbrake that had been giving me issues. When I asked, the lady who does the adjustments was not truthful and said she adjusted it. If they could not do a simple handbrake adjustment, what else is lacking in their service, make me question what else they did not do.

It is the third time I have asked for an adjustment, they cannot tell me what is wrong either.
