After my car was serviced at Hyundai, they told me my clutch needs to be replaced. I thought that that might not be true, so I got more opinions from other places. In the end, I discovered that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my clutch. Hyundai quoted me R11 000.00+, for no reason. I was very shocked in how dishonest that seemed to be.

Good Day After my car service, I was told that my clutch needs to be replaced. The quote was for R11 000+. It turns out ( after I got a second and third opinion) that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my clutch. I found that very dishonest of them

I am once again shocked with the service I received at Hyundai Menlyn. The car was due for the annual 15 000km service and I raised concerns regarding engine noise and tyre pressure sensor, yet these were handled with a complete lack of professional care. The air filter was not replaced, I was dismissively told it "wasn't dirty" and not due to be replaced. They could have at least blown it out with air. To ensure the car is running correctly, I payed an additional R571.32 to have it replaced. A proactive service center would have communicated this during the service rather than ignoring a customer's specific request. The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is inaccurate (indicating 2.1 bar when the tyres are at the recommended 2.3 bar). Instead of calibrating the sensor, your technicians simply over-inflated the tyres to 2.7 bar to "force" the sensor to read higher. I had to stop at a petrol station immediately after leaving your workshop to correct this, as 2.7 bar is well above the safety recommendation. Over-inflating tyres is not a technical solution for a faulty sensor.

I took my car for service at Hyundai Menlyn, they did not adjust my handbrake that had been giving me issues. When I asked, the lady who does the adjustments was not truthful and said she adjusted it. If they could not do a simple handbrake adjustment, what else is lacking in their service, make me question what else they did not do. It is the third time I have asked for an adjustment, they cannot tell me what is wrong either.

After reading the chronic 1-star reviews, endless appologies and experiencing the horrible customer service several times I can honsestly say there is no hope for this branch. People have been complaining for years now and still there is no change, poor communication, rude telephone exchanges and horrible time management, not to mention the waiting time just to drop off or pick up your own vehicle for service. This was the last time I bring my car to Hyundai Menlyn, and I would urge everyone to rather go to another branch as well, do not waste your time like I did.

Tanya from renault motus nissan promised to keep me updated on a repair that has been there for months now. She even blocked my calls and worse the dealers store number never gets answered.

I recently purchased a new grant creta at this horrific dealership with poor sales manager experience. Unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory due to numerous faulty in what so called a new car. Specifically, this is what i encountered with the so called a new car. On our arrival we were assisted by Michelle, she assisted with the vehicle release documents. Documents were signed in agreement that all is in order pertaining the new car, questions raised to her, regarding signing before we inspect the car, she advised that she won't send the document to the bank until we advise that the car collected and everything is in order, however, there were findings on the vehicle, and some were shared with the sales consultant. Findings: - Car key given to us looks old and that it has been used, it also has several rings around it (this might be because lot of key holders were changed on it). Pictures shared with the sales consultant - The car is way too dirty - Door handle has scratches and black spots on it. - Rusty wipers. - Rusty brake plates. - Liquid stains/chemicals around the car. - Start button is broken within 2 months of using the car, when i collect it the button was unstable, and this was communicated with sales consultant. I took the car back and Zyn (the sales manager) could not even try to resolve this matter, he always makes silly and annoying jokes to ignore the main issue. I was informed after the three months purchase that my car won't be covered by warranty as it is already travelled 12000km, what is this? Did i not purchase the car to travel with? I have evidence of my unhappy service received.
