I took our car for service earlier this year in May to Motus Renault Bloemfontein. our car was without ant scratched or cracks. During the day my husband received a call from their secretary asking if we had brought the car with a crack on the windscreen then he rep**** and said no, the lady then told us that our car had a crack on the windscreen. at that time we thought it was a small crack. when we went to go pick the car. it had a HUGE crack on the windscreen. The manager was informed and told us that they will take it up with their insurance company as they had done their investigations and found on the cameras that our car came without any cracks.
Its been 5 months now and we still have gotten no assistance from Motus for replace our windscreen.
How can we even further trust that they are actually servicing our cars properly if this is the kind of service we receive.
