I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received. The car I purchased from your dealership has a recurring issue with the brake pads, which has not been resolved despite three visits. I've been shuttled between different departments without a permanent solution. Furthermore, I was sold the car with an empty fuel tank, which I had to fill at my own expense.
It's now been 12 days since I've been trying to get the car fixed, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress. I've raised my concerns with Sabelo on multiple occasions, but the issue remains unresolved. I request that you take immediate action to address this matter and provide a satisfactory solution.
