Mpho one of the managers at Renault told me that its normal for the car I purchased 13 days ago to malfunction and for brake pads to make funny/unusual sounds . What a horrible way to treat a customer ! Renault, your staff needs to be trained to handle customer issues effectively, rather than misleading people and requiring escalation to get taken seriously , this is very bad for Renault!
I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received. The car I purchased from your dealership has a recurring issue with the brake pads, which has not been resolved despite three visits. I've been shuttled between different departments without a permanent solution. Furthermore, I was sold the car with an empty fuel tank, which I had to fill at my own expense. It's now been 12 days since I've been trying to get the car fixed, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress. I've raised my concerns with Sabelo on multiple occasions, but the issue remains unresolved. I request that you take immediate action to address this matter and provide a satisfactory solution.

Hi ToyotaSA . I’m here by to understand how Toyota treats their customers ! I have a Toyota Starlet which was bought 2020 , only been serviced once and still within warranty. It so happened that the car remote stopped working , I took the car to the dealership in Honeydew on April 30th and till now my car is not fixed . I was not even given a courtesy car in the interim while they try to figure out how to repair it but at this point they are failing . As a customer what is expected of me with such treatment yet I’m still paying ? All Im asking for is justice !
What a pathetic service that I’m getting from Framework , one has to complain multiple times with no resolution. Framework properties has made my stay so unpleasant and uncomfortable . Ever since I started staying here I’ve been complaining about the taps that needed to be fixed , they only decided to put ina new tap last week without even notifying me . Above that , I’m being over billed yet I’m hardly in this place that’s how bad it is . When I complain about it , they are telling me that it’s arrears that occurred in November ofwhich I don’t understand how is that my problem . I’ve dealt with Nicolene , Babalwa and Kelly , it’s unfortunate that they give the worst service . Framework is a scam ! I will repost this everywhere until they attend to my complains and not argue with me instead . I’m yet to attached my invoices and communication emails as proof . Now they are refusing with my entire deposit
