I want to give Thulani Nyakwe a beautiful compliment and just to say thank you so much for the exceptional service. From the time I started car searching in February, I was disappointed three times by bad customer service from different car brands. I called Toyota Strydom Park and landed in the safe hands of Thulani. I told him the car, model type and that it had to be brand new as this has always been a dream for me (to buy brand a new car) and he delivered. Thulani communicated every step of the way, more than once a day updating me with each progress which I really appreciated as I have been ghosted before by others. He could sense I was nervous and he kept me calm all the step of the way making this a pleasurable experience. I appreciate constant communication and updates. Thank you for helping my dream come true Thulani, Thank you for the support, kindness and care. You are a gem and an asset at Motus Toyota Strydom Park. I will be telling everyone about this beautiful experience!

I received terrible service. I had an offer that I accepted, printed at their offices. They withdrew the offer, saying they made a mistake. Led me on for 2 days thinking that there might still be a deal. Offered me a different model car, but even then not the colour that I specifically asked for. The only reason they get 2 stars is because their finance lady, Sheron, gave particularly good service.

I was assisted by salesperson called Abiot Rankwana in cahoot with his manager Akashni Mangray, they sold me car that was involved in an unreported accident. They knew about it but kept quiet, I just noticed it within 2 months of purchase. When i questioned whether Abiot was aware of the repainting on the fender and overlapping painting on the driver's side, he said he didn't know and worst part it was advertised as Demo while it was not on Auto Trader. Akashni invited me to explain why they did not disclose the condition of the vehicle instead she **** that the vehicle had a factory fault without taking it for inspection. Mind you, it took her an hour to come up with the excuse while I was in the waiting area...the following was sent via email "We acknowledge the concerns you have raised regarding the vehicle you purchased from us. We take all customer feedback seriously and would like to address your request for cancellation based on the following points: Overlapping Paint on Fender Liner It appears that the overlapping paint on the fender liner is related to the repair of a paint imperfection that occurred during the manufacturing process. This was addressed at our authorized service centre, Denttech, under warranty. (see attachment) The paint imperfection was not due to any accident or damage to the vehicle. Should you wish, our approved panel beater can inspect and clean the overlapping paint to resolve the issue. Re-sprayed/Re-painted Fender and Quality of Materials The vehicle has never been involved in an accident, and the repainting of the fender was solely to address a factory paint imperfection. The quality of materials used for the respray meets our standards. You are, of course, welcome to have the vehicle inspected by a third-party, Toyota-approved panel beater to confirm this at your convenience. Strange Sound from Right View Mirror When Locking the Doors The sound you are hearing from the right rear-view mirror is caused by the folding mechanism when the mirror is locked. This is a known feature of the vehicle and can be easily remedied by our workshop team. We would be happy to address this issue during a service appointment at your convenience. Misaligned Bonnet on Driver’s Side We have thoroughly reviewed the vehicle and can confirm that the bonnet is not misaligned. We can gladly ask Denttech to investigate this when they are busy with point 1 above. We would like to clarify that under the Customer Protection Act of South Africa, dealers have the right to repair or remedy any valid concerns regarding the vehicle. Based on the information we have and the above explanations, we believe that none of the issues you raised warrant a cancellation of the transaction. Instead, we are committed to addressing any valid concerns through our workshop and authorized repair channels. As the vehicle is a used car, and considering the nature of the concerns you raised, we encourage you to allow us the opportunity to remedy the issues through the appropriate channels. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you do have the right to seek recourse through the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with scheduling any repairs or inspections, or if you wish to explore further options. We remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction and upholding the terms of our agreement." Fortunately, I escalated the matter to the Principal Dealer Mr Morne Petzer who came very helpful however to date he could not admit that the vehicle could have been involved in an accident. My advice would be that the car dealership must be approached with extra caution or not at all. And never allow Abiot Rankwana to assist you at all rather get a different salesperson.

Avoid buying from pre-owned. 3 years later I have never had peace with the car which was sold to me by Abe Rankwane and his manage Ryan not sure if spelled correctly. They sold me accident repair car. And during the time of collection there was a guy who warned me saying he bought C200 from then and it giving him problems. I still took delivery. 28 Nov , December car was showing all faluts you can think about . I took it back to them countless time which they claimed to fix till six months passed. I then had to spend till to this day am still spending. Replaced engine worth R90 000 for third time now. I spend over R298 000 on repairs to date which even exceded the car value. Beware don't ignore and be victim like myself. Unless you will be buying a brand new Toyoya from then. Otherwise they take no respo

Thank you to the dealership and for the most professional and friendly service I received with Monique Bush and her whole team. They made my experience so easy and they held my hand through out. I am enjoying my Legend Toyota Hilux.

I bought a 2021 Nissan X-trail from Motus Toyota Strijdom Park. I want to know if it is unfair from me to expect that the relevant tools, like a jack with its crank handle will be included. I had a flat tyre and the crank handle is missing. I tried to contact the person who sold the car to me, but apparently he is not with the company anymore. I then contacted after sales client services online, but I haven't received any reply from Motus Toyota Strijdom Park.

I spend alot of money trying to device and fixing that car close to R100 000 untill it gave up and killed engine . Now am paying for a car I don't have for 2 years of complaining still no help from them. Nonsense dealerships but I won't let them get away with it
