Worst Service at Lindsay saker Vw bloemfontein.I bought a bulb socket for my Volwagen Touran I stopped the order and asked them if they could assist me seeing a bulb socket could be resold to any other vehicle matching mine.Their response was they couldn't assist me that the socket was mine and I had to take it.In my years of customer service you walk the extra mile for a Customer to see how you can assist them not just brush them of and say sorry. I went from parts depart ,admin department all the way to Management.Spoke to Andre at admin never even came back to me to give me an update.Christine at Parts department was rude couldn't really talk to her had to wait for the manager.
