WARNING TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS OF MOUNT VIEW HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd

I want to caution anyone considering using Mount View Holdings (Pty) Ltd / Mr. Sbongiseni Innocent Vilakazi, based in Florida, Gauteng

I paid them in full for building work on my mother-in-laws house, trusting they would complete the project. Despite receiving the money upfront, the work has been left incomplete and the contractor continues to delay. My family has been left under severe stress because the house was urgently needed, yet months later we are still waiting.

Key Issues:

Full payment was taken immediately, but the job not finished.

Constant excuses and poor communication.

Workers arrive sporadically ( sometimes only one person for a few hours) and then disappear for days or weeks.

Even after a formal letter of demand from our attorney, the contractor ignored it and still has not completed the work.

This has caused financial loss, emotional strain, and left my mother-in- law (a cancer patient) without a home.

I strongly urge anyone considering this company: think very carefully before handing over your hard-earned money. Our experience has been a nightmare and I would not want another family to go through this.
