This is a WARNING to everyone considering using Mount View Holdings(Pty)Ltd. We paid the owner Innocent Vilakazi in full, even without the builders finishing the phases as set out in a payment plan. We never hestitated once to make payment. They were supposed to have finished my mother-in-law's granny flat within (5) weeks as stipulated on the payment plan, and up until today the house is not complete. This is now months down the line, no or very poor communication from his side, if we don't ask we don't hear anything from him. Please I don't know where he gets te good reviews from as this is honestly not the truth. After leaving our family in destress and a huge financial loss to my mother-in-law, Innocent Valakazi is not bothered at all. We have even send him a final demand from our attorney and he just ignores this. Please do your homework properly before even considering using Mount View Holdings (Pty) Ltd. If I could I would even upload photos of how they left the building with so much still to do.
I want to caution anyone considering using Mount View Holdings (Pty) Ltd / Mr. Sbongiseni Innocent Vilakazi, based in Florida, Gauteng I paid them in full for building work on my mother-in-laws house, trusting they would complete the project. Despite receiving the money upfront, the work has been left incomplete and the contractor continues to delay. My family has been left under severe stress because the house was urgently needed, yet months later we are still waiting. Key Issues: Full payment was taken immediately, but the job not finished. Constant excuses and poor communication. Workers arrive sporadically ( sometimes only one person for a few hours) and then disappear for days or weeks. Even after a formal letter of demand from our attorney, the contractor ignored it and still has not completed the work. This has caused financial loss, emotional strain, and left my mother-in- law (a cancer patient) without a home. I strongly urge anyone considering this company: think very carefully before handing over your hard-earned money. Our experience has been a nightmare and I would not want another family to go through this.
I am so disappointed in Samsung. I bought a Samsung Dishwasher last year end March which started giving me problems. After phoning the call centre, they escalated the issue to a service centre that they use. The technician came out to test the machine and to see what is wrong with the machine, after telling me I haven't been opening the tap properly he left. The same day I ran a cycle after opening the tap till it couldn't turn anymore, and it gave me the same error. I called the technician to tell him and I even took n a short video of the error flashing on the machine. None the less the technician came back the following day to discover it was not the tap that was the issue, but the heating sensor. He ordered a new one and 4 days later came back to replace it. He left and I ran a cycle just for the dishwasher to do the same. I once again called the technician and told him the error is still there. He than came back 2 days later. This time he said he must apologize but he thought it was the sensor which it was not, it is the actual heating element. He then ordered a new element. A week later of not hearing from the service centre I called them to find out what is happening and when do they think they will be bale to come and replace the element, just to be told they can't get the part and that they have sent a request back to Samsung to get the dishwasher replaced as it is still under warranty. In the mean time I keep on getting calls from Samsung Call centre to find out whether I am happy with the repairs on the dishwasher, which I keep on telling them the dishwasher was never repaired. After 2 weeks here I am still waiting to find out when the dishwasher will be replaced or when I will be getting my refund as this according to the Call Centre was approved on 20 August but nobody in the Exchange department is picking up and they keep on escalating my query, to who I don't know because I am still waiting! I am truly speaking very very disgusted in the way Samsung handles these type of queries. I had a Defy dishwasher for almost 7 years and not once had I ever had a problem with it except for the shelves rusting at the end. I paid 3 times more for this Samsung dishwasher just to give me problems 1 and n half year down the line. I think I have been more than patient enough with this. I truly hope by posting this on Hellopeter someone will actually do something about this situation!
