Mountain estate bad service

Was a tenant at one of their complex Tontiki in mayville 245 booyson street. There was water damage in the unit i was renting i notify them and they came to check and they did not know what was the course as days passed by it was now creating mould and at that time I'm staying with a child of disability, called them and they said I must call their maintenance person was surprised why I must call the maintenance how is that my responsibility, called the person he came to check and said she will give me feedback, days passed I send a message to ask what is is happening she blue ticked my message two days passed I send another message she said still waiting for owner to respond. There was never a respond until I got an email saying they are giving me month notice they want to fix the unit I called them they said "the owner has a right to his unit and that he want to fix the damage . We did handover at 10 in the afternoon there was a new tenant.
