Guys this can't be real it seems like everyone that moved out of their units are not getting paid the deposit money I just moved out and they notes 13 paint bottles however when they did maintenance whe n I stayed there it didn't even take 6 tins can we please start a legal process and also to the people that are giving good reviews wait till you move out my suggestion is dont pay for that month and let them take the deposit it will be better for you as the good reviews seems to be for people that have not moved out yet there cant be that many people that say the same thing u less there is someone that can say they got their deposit money back if not let's get together and start a court case please

Really unhappy client!!!
I have never felt this cheated. I paid a deposit of R7500 at Waverley Square and I only received a refund of R2500. I cannot believe such, and when the agent came for the check out inspection, she mentioned the walls need painting. How can painting walls cost R5000. In a 2 bedroom apartment. Given I kept those walls good for 2years, no drilling. The cracks were there when I moved in. This is unacceptable, really unacceptable. Will take this far because this is really unacceptable.

Bad experience
They never pay the full deposit ,according to my knowledge it's their responsibility to repaint a unit ,why do we have to pay for it? My deposit was R3790 o only got R1800 back ,what a ******* ,they need to be dealt with legally. The place didn't even have security even after reporting numerous incidents of theft . CAUDILLO

Poor service - refresh unit with my refundable deposit
This agency refused to refund my full deposit. Only after follow up are they claiming that all walls & doors had to be repainted without providing proof. I now receive WhatsApp messages with accusations still without proof.

This agency refused to refund my full deposit. Only after follow up are they claiming that all walls & doors had to be repainted without providing proof. I now receive WhatsApp messages with accusations still without proof.

Mountain estate bad service
Was a tenant at one of their complex Tontiki in mayville 245 booyson street. There was water damage in the unit i was renting i notify them and they came to check and they did not know what was the course as days passed by it was now creating mould and at that time I'm staying with a child of disability, called them and they said I must call their maintenance person was surprised why I must call the maintenance how is that my responsibility, called the person he came to check and said she will give me feedback, days passed I send a message to ask what is is happening she blue ticked my message two days passed I send another message she said still waiting for owner to respond. There was never a respond until I got an email saying they are giving me month notice they want to fix the unit I called them they said "the owner has a right to his unit and that he want to fix the damage . We did handover at 10 in the afternoon there was a new tenant.

Menlo Manor Pretoria
KP Mountain Estates, Menlo Manor complexin Pretoria – while the apartments are very functional and security is good, beware the maintenance. They take over four months to repair simple things like door locks and light switches. You're sent from pillar to post, and nobody seems to care.
