I would personally not recommend the agency, all I can say is moving in is not an issue however good luck when moving out
Guys this can't be real it seems like everyone that moved out of their units are not getting paid the deposit money I just moved out and they notes 13 paint bottles however when they did maintenance whe n I stayed there it didn't even take 6 tins can we please start a legal process and also to the people that are giving good reviews wait till you move out my suggestion is dont pay for that month and let them take the deposit it will be better for you as the good reviews seems to be for people that have not moved out yet there cant be that many people that say the same thing u less there is someone that can say they got their deposit money back if not let's get together and start a court case please
Please note that you deducted my mother's account twice after she changed her banking details and debit order date your policy clearly states that after 2 failed payments you cancel the policy this is written in the agreement however you keep going back to people's accounts and deducting money you need to refund this immediately

So on the 8th of October I requested a bolt ride for 120rand which was taken from my account pending transaction as the bank says I canceled the ride and was charged a cancellation fee of 20 rand I disputed this and bolt refunded me 20rand only my 100rand never came back into my account , capitec is now saying bolt needs to pay the 100rand back and bolt is saying capitec needs to change the pending status and release the money long story short I don't have my 100rand back I requested 2 rides on that same day and had to pay money into my account because the money never came back to my account ultimately I have seen this happen to another client however because of the money in and out notifications I get it is clear the money was never paid back capitec and bolt cab see these transactions however neither one is reversing releasing money bolt advised it would take 14 day however they paid me the 20rand immediately?
Please note that I purchased a ticket on their website theg deducted my money however I have not received my tickets
If I could I would give a minus something driver with number plate LV50VJ is a scan he is rude and threw me and my children out of the car saying his car cab only take 1 person mind this is a Kia picanto his name is THEMBA and if Uber keeps allowing these unsafe and unprofessional drivers they will keep losing bussiness if ever you come across this guys be safe and be aware he will try and get you to pay more money outside of the app

Just reviewed the comments on here saw the one Priya left and ours is the same chucnks of milk took 3 days and the milk is off expiry date is 21/12/2019 this is our 3rd box we opened and it's all the same if parmalat are really gona take this seriously we have the remaining boxes not opened and will keep it as evidence of the disgusting milk product and dont understand why they would not do something remove it from the shelves it might even have listeria and make people sick you may contact me to come take your bad milk still sealed in the original purchase box adelenefdt@yahoo.com
