This agency is refusing to pay my full deposit refund. Accusing me of damaging walls in the out inspection report. They are unable to provide proof of damages and therefore refuse to pay my full deposit.
This is the most distugusting service of an shop I have come across...I placed an order 24 October they keep incorrect orders in drips and drops.. they say they waiting for other dress...meanwhile they cannot provide timelines o how long we must wait and no communication from them...im disgusted by thei service... I requested a refund but they say they don't do refunds...rude and appauling behaviors..now they avoiding calls...sies
Fnb keeps on failing me when it comes to online purchases... Purchases that im not aware of keeps on happening time after time i keep on reporting the mater to fraud but they security is insufficient... Im highly dissapointment at their lack of effort to protect customers from fraud... I reported a fraud on my cheque card on 29 Sept.. Till today no response when you follow up the line is forever busy.... I need this matter to be resolved ASAP.
Im utterly disgusted and fedup with fnb non response to my unauthorised deduction fraud dispute i logged with them.. On 19 june a reported unauthorized deductions which put my account to - R5990+.. I was told it takes 14 days to respomd.. 14 days passed till today no action has been taken. I sent countless emails to escaltions ans debitcard auth they keep sending an automated messgaes that they will respond with 5 working days. I demand answers as this has been going on for long now...even when you call apparently the department handling this matter does nit take calls... IM FUSTRTATED AND DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE. I'm very disappointed in the way cell c has been handling my case. I opened a case on friday last week and was told it will be responded to with 24 to 48 hours. I ve called in to escalate the matter and was to ld the person working on my case will contact me. The. Name is Tshepiso Ratshweu. Till today I have not been responded to and it's irritating to call the 135 number and explain my case all the time. This is bad service and I need answers from this person. Mad and disgusted customer
