Bad experience

They never pay the full deposit ,according to my knowledge it's their responsibility to repaint a unit ,why do we have to pay for it? My deposit was R3790 o only got R1800 back ,what a ******* ,they need to be dealt with legally. The place didn't even have security even after reporting numerous incidents of theft .
