I am working from home,while in a meeting the internet goes off,then MetroFribre says I owe ,while they are deducting every month on the 15th with no fail ,I don't have data or airtime to call ,now there I'd AI which doesn't help I've been waiting for a call back. So in paying them everymonth for them to switch off my internet .
Did ny ID card application on the 17th December at Akasia Home Affairs, I still haven't received the sms to fetch it,people who've app**** for it after ne have received the sms ,all numbers don't ring at all no response on emails
They never pay the full deposit ,according to my knowledge it's their responsibility to repaint a unit ,why do we have to pay for it? My deposit was R3790 o only got R1800 back ,what a ******* ,they need to be dealt with legally. The place didn't even have security even after reporting numerous incidents of theft . CAUDILLO
The worst ever ,I did a COA ,installed last week Saturday, till today no activation, I've been promised and internal tech will be coming ,I worked home so now I've received unpaid leave cause I haven't been able to login for a whole week ,no feedback whatsoever, and I am paying but no wifi I certainly want a refund for this week with no wifi and when I want to speak to Management, no one is available I regret signing up with METRO FIBRE they must close it down.
Did a Change of address of which installation was done in Saturday, I'm supposed to be logged in ass I work from home but still wifi hasn't been activated, I've sent numerous emails ,called numerous times being told they've flagged it urgent but still nothing, it's just activation that I was told within 24 hours it's not 2 days I'm very disappointed.
Worde company ever ,my contract with them ended last year December then all of the sudden tonight as I'm sitting in bed a debit order goes off from MTN I just called them and they said I have to call on Monday,and I need this money for my kids for tomorrow, what a ****
Just got ****med by Bolt driver I requested a ride to work and it paid via app he started the trip without me in the car when I called he said he made a mistake he will be here in 2 min i waited 45 minutes he didn't come the trip was R109 Bolt wanted to refund me only R33 and i didn't go to work cause didn't have enough money to request again and I ended the trip he didn't want to confirm on his side.
I want to just talk about Agnes Mukwevho. That lady is truly God sent. For a hospital that is understaffed and very slow service ,she alone makes the experience better I wish all the employees would be like her. The effort she put into making sure i was assisted in record time.
Very disappointed with the Legal team ,i received an amount for my balance and i paid in full, even sent the proof of payment ,now when applying to buy a house only to find that I have a judgment and a new balance, can't even contact them I hold for more than 30 minutes. No one called me to notify me anything ,I'll never buy a product from MTN ever again bad customer service
I am very upset and disappointed. My MTN was handed over to Vericred and I was given a number (0117893042) and email address to contact them . Since then they haven't responded yo my emails and the number is never answered and this has been happening for more than a month. I just want to make payment but there is no help. Very bad service I must say
