Excellent customer service - just use the right email address to communicate with them.

Exceptional customer service!

I ordered four packs of their exquisite sparkling water and one of the packs of 24 bottles had an issue with the bottles leaking and not carbonated. Clearly a bad batch. I sent an email to their order@mountailfalls.co.za address (I believe when you reply to the order confirmation email it won't get through) and that same morning a new pack was dispatched without issues. Yolanda communicated quickly and efficiently with a satisfactory replacement.

When a company has an issue, that's when you see their true colours and I can really recommend this company after seeing how well they prioritize their customers.
