Efficient and friendly Service
This is the first time I have done business with this nursery and what a pain free interaction it was, very helpful, great communication, speedy delivery and friendly service. The seeds I bought are starting to germinate which has pleased my wife no end. I can highly recommend them.

Mountain Herb Estate Toxicity
They carry too little stock, never have the things you need, also over priced. They now take 5 days to simply answer an email and refuse to do business over Whats App or any other IM. I have attached some screenshots of "her" manner and if you ever phone her its like she screams at you, the service is shocking, courier boxes were old and smelly. The plants were broken and old, dry ground. My advise here is stay very very far away, very toxic people

The****utic herbal seeds order experience
This is a business selling mostly herbal plants, also hard to find plants on their descriptive website herbgarden.co.za. The response from a website query was well within the specified time frame and in fact, all communication was prompt and professional; they know what they have in stock and when new stock will arrive. The required seeds being bought were quite up to date on the price list although plant product prices are expected to fluctuate throughout seasons. The transaction went very smooth and delivery sooner than expected. The seeds ordered appear to be of good fertile quality.
