Move Me SA poor service

Move Me SA moved my household goods from Gauteng to Eastern Cape, but the experienced was disappointing and stressful.

When they collected the goods, they collected it in a closed truck and informed me that the move will happen once there are enough furniture to fill the truck. In good faith I agreed and paid the money.

When the move arrived at my new house, it was on a trailer, covered in dust and scratched. I requested some pieces to be wrapped in bubble wrap before the final move, which also didn’t happen.

Discussing my disappointment and discontent with the owner of the company, explaining that at no point it was communicated that my goods would be transported for 10 hours pus on an open trailer, he seemed to struggle to see my point. No compensation has taken place for the damages i incurred.

Poor communication and again, no information given to the customer to make an informed decision. This company was sub-contracted by Afriworld Removals. Shame on both of you.
