Movenetworx is an BIG NO-NO

They deserve no star and people should be warned about this ****. I contacted Snupit, which is the Movers equivalent to Hippo for insurance. Somehow Movenetworx also sent me a quote, which was obviously the cheapest and quickest to move my furniture. They changed the collection date 3 time after I paid for the move. Then suggested I cancel and they will refund me. I have not received any refund to date and expect this to be very expensive school fees. They communicate on WhatsApp and Email. They blocked me on WhatsApp and do not read or answer my mails. I contacted the police in De Rust (Near Oudtshoorn) to go to their address (Listed on their web site) The gate has chains and locks.

Is there anything that I can do to get some action taken against Movenetworx?
