They deserve no star and people should be warned about this ****. I contacted Snupit, which is the Movers equivalent to Hippo for insurance. Somehow Movenetworx also sent me a quote, which was obviously the cheapest and quickest to move my furniture. They changed the collection date 3 time after I paid for the move. Then suggested I cancel and they will refund me. I have not received any refund to date and expect this to be very expensive school fees. They communicate on WhatsApp and Email. They blocked me on WhatsApp and do not read or answer my mails. I contacted the police in De Rust (Near Oudtshoorn) to go to their address (Listed on their web site) The gate has chains and locks. Is there anything that I can do to get some action taken against Movenetworx?

No service no refund no star. I have not received my refund after they could not load my funriture. I have no way to communicate to enquire for their number has changed, and they ignore my emails.

No stars. I placed my order for furniture to be transported by Movenetworx and paid upfront. They kept postponing and finally said they can't provide the service and will re-imburse me. They blocked me on their whatsapp line and don't answer emails. Thus, I have not received my money as promised, and has no way to communicate with them. They change their business name and telephone number frequently.

To make sure your complaint is effective and reaches the right audience, here’s a revised version: --- I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the service provided by Move Networx. My colleague, Ruan Groenewald, an employee at Micro Robotics, was scheduled to have his furniture picked up on 29 April 2024 for a transfer to Stellenbosch. This move was arranged to be part of a shared container. On 29 April 2024, Move Networx contacted Ruan to reschedule the pickup to 30 April 2024. However, on 30 April 2024, we were informed that the truck had broken down and was given the option to either refund the payment or move the transfer date. Due to Ruan's need to be in Stellenbosch by 2 May 2024, we opted for a refund. Move Networx confirmed that the refund would be processed by 11 May 2024. Despite this confirmation, we have not received the refund as of today, 22 May 2024. This delay and lack of communication have been extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Move Networx for any furniture transfer services. Their unreliability and failure to meet their commitments have caused significant inconvenience and stress. It gives the impression that we have been ****med, as they have not honored their refund promise.

Move Networx handled my move from Pretoria to Cape Town without a hitch. I was impressed by their friendly staff on moving day and the care they took in wrapping my applicances and furniture. Well done.
