Paid the full amount for the move from Plettenberg Bay to Durban. They cancelled the trip at the last minute. Took the money. No refund given. PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY - ****MERS

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALEXANDER FORBES
I wanted a letter of value for my unclaimed benefit. I sent the documents they requested and an email requesting the letter of value. I waited a few days. They said by Thursday or Friday this week I should have it. No letter received. I spent over 1 hour in air time today to find out, 2 telephone calls. I left messages for the relevant people to call me back. No feedback received. Its very simple. Confirm the email address is correct and send the letter. But not one staff member could assist me today.
