I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received for our order placed and paid for on 9 July 2024. As of today, 25 July 2024, at 13:20, the parcel has not yet been delivered. There was no communication indicating that Henry Huysamen, the person handling our order, was on leave. This lack of transparency resulted in numerous phone calls on our part to track down the order, which was only loaded on 22 July 2024. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and we find the service to be lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your service to any of our clients due to this negative experience although your webpage indicates that you have fast, reliable delivery….what a joke
It sounds like you had a very frustrating experience with Move Networx. To make sure your complaint is effective and reaches the right audience, here’s a revised version: --- I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the service provided by Move Networx. My colleague, Ruan Groenewald, an employee at Micro Robotics, was scheduled to have his furniture picked up on 29 April 2024 for a transfer to Stellenbosch. This move was arranged to be part of a shared container. On 29 April 2024, Move Networx contacted Ruan to reschedule the pickup to 30 April 2024. However, on 30 April 2024, we were informed that the truck had broken down and was given the option to either refund the payment or move the transfer date. Due to Ruan's need to be in Stellenbosch by 2 May 2024, we opted for a refund. Move Networx confirmed that the refund would be processed by 11 May 2024. Despite this confirmation, we have not received the refund as of today, 22 May 2024. This delay and lack of communication have been extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Move Networx for any furniture transfer services. Their unreliability and failure to meet their commitments have caused significant inconvenience and stress. It gives the impression that we have been ****med, as they have not honored their refund promise.
On 1 June 2021, I got my car back from Eljoney after repairs were done. On 7 June 2021, I realized that my navigation system is not working. After proper investigation, I saw that my SD card and Map card is stolen from my car. It was still in my car as I left it at the panel beater. I didn't think that I had to remove those as it is factory fitted. If I had to take out all the items that should have stayed in the car I would have taken out the spare wheel and jack as well. Total dishonesty of the panel beater company. I've called them at 16:35 to inform them about my problem whereafter Lennie told me she will get back to me in the morning. I will definitely not recommend their service to anyone as the was always a problem getting my car fixed or getting the parts needed.
I'm a client of Afrihost for the past few years. During the lockdown, I've upgraded my service to a 10Mbps line under the impression that my line speed will improve. After several months of poor line speed, I've contacted Afrihost to investigate why I'm not getting the line speed that I'm paying for. Afrihost informed me that my Telkom line, DSL can only run on 4mbps. For nearly 7 months Afrihost deducted money from my bank account for a 10mbps line and I only received 4mbps. Why haven't they informed me in April 2020 that I can't sign up for a 10mbps line as my Telkom line can only give 4mbps.
Being scammed for R24125 for a container that doesn't exist. This company is scamming people to buy from them but they do not exist. None of the addresses on their website belong to them. When cancelling the order they refuse to refund me as I am busy exposing their fraudulent transactions. BEWARE!!!! DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Johanathan Elps is their so-called Sales Director and they are banking with Thyme Bank...Whatch out!!!
Mr. Jonathan Elps the so-called Sales and Marketing Director of this has stolen R24125 from me as I have bought a "container" from him that will not be delivered as they are a fraudulent company. He just confirmed telephonically on +27603689961 that he will not refund me. Don't do any business with them. They are thieves. They are using TYME bank account number 51020761650
They were supposed to deliver on behalf of Sunset Containers on 10/10/2020. Moved the date to 11/10/2020. After a breakdown of the truck moved again to 12/10/2020 at 15:00. Get me to pay them double to get the delivery done. A refund for insurance would have been done by them, as soon as delivery took place. I canceled the transaction as they requested another payment amounting to R8280 for cross border fees. No border crossing was necessary. I smelt a rat and canceled the order. Now they refuse to refund my R25200 for a container not delivered. Beware they are using a Nedbank and an African Bank bank account !!!
Sunset Containers Pty Ltd is making use of the company registration number of another company sunsetcontainers.co.za which has nothing to do with them. They are also using a VAT number on their correspondence that is not even listed with SARS. The 3 addresses on their website are not linked in any way to their business. The one address in Cape Town is for a container company but with a different name. The address in Durban is leaving you in the middle of a freeway and the address in Johannesburg is the one for Michelin tyres. Beware who you are dealing with. Their telephone number in Cape Town, the only other line than the cell number, is not answering. A lot of fraudulent companies are scamming consumers. Watch out!!! They get into business with a client and let them pay but will never deliver!!!!
On 10 October 2020, I've made a double payment amounting to R25200 to Power Maritime Logistics for the delivery of a container. Power Maritime Logistics requested immediate payment of R12600 and I've made a mistake and didn't select the immediate transfer option. I had to pay another R12600 to them to get the delivery done as soon as possible. This was a refundable deposit for insurance. They didn't keep to the delivery schedule as delivery was originally scheduled for Saturday 10 October. After a breakdown on Sunday, they've promised to deliver on Monday at 15:00. At 13:15 they've sent a mail requesting another payment of R8280 for cross border fees. None of these should have been applicable as they are not going to cross any borders to deliver. I refuse to pay that amount and requested a refund. Up until today, they have not refunded any money.
I’ve accepted a quote from Sunset Containers (Pty) Ltd for a fairly used 40ft container with 3 stainless steel pillars and paid them R24125 on invoice 805. They sub-contracted the delivery to Power Maritime Logistics which I had to pay R25200 for insurance to deliver on 10 October 2020. I postponed delivery until 11 October at 10.55. They did not deliver due to a truck breakdown and delivery was postponed to 12 October at 15:00. At 13:15 on the 12th, I've received another e-mail from Power Maritime Logistics requesting another payment of R8280 for license fees to get across the border. I refuse to pay the amount as they have received double payment for insurance. They never deliver my container. In total a loss of R49325. Neither parties are willing to refund me as I have canceled the transaction as I cannot afford to pay more.
