Pathetic customer service after sending an email and no response. Bought 13 fish with a tank and all the necessary drops. Only 1 fish left. I told the manager on the phone Dano I want a refund and all he could say is clean the tank from scratch and they will replace the fish for free Clearly there is a huge problem with their fish so I will be going back asking for a full refund. Don't buy fish from Family pet centre Centurion.

Reasonably well stocked by the staff, particularly Mr Rodney Fox, make this a great pet shop to go to. He is extremely knowledgeable on many different aspects of pet keeping, from dogs to birds to fish, and he is always able to point you in the right direction. Could do with a bit of a touch-up in terms of how pricing is displayed. Other than that, a good store to go to. #WIN

A Doggy bed was ordered from Pet Boutique on 21 February 2020. Order #1189. Payment was made via Card. R590 paid. After several e-mails, they do not respond. Scam. Stay away. Please don't get caught. They got a lot of money from several South Africans. The e-mail they've used is genevawatchs24@gmail.com and now they are using support@petboutique.co. Again no feedback from them.
