Anke was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I really think that Platinum Life has the most friendly and helpful consultants around, and I say this after nearly 4 years with them. It is genuinely a pleasure to take a call from Platinum Life.

Service at its best!
Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I really feel valued as a customer every time I go there and it is very evident that they are concerned with keeping you waiting. They acknowledge you, try to help you as quickly possible and do their best to make sure that you are satisfied as a customer. Definitely a business that should #WIN an award for fantastic service.

One of the Best!
One of my favorite stores to go to. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and put in a lot of effort to assist you and answer any questions that you might have. I'm fresh into fish keeping and really have a lot of questions - They have been such a help and have given great advice every time. They listen to you while you speak and aren't dismissive of any statements or questions. The store is very well stocked and displays are crisp! I highly recommend this store. #WIN

Decent and acceptable
Reasonably well stocked by the staff, particularly Mr Rodney Fox, make this a great pet shop to go to. He is extremely knowledgeable on many different aspects of pet keeping, from dogs to birds to fish, and he is always able to point you in the right direction. Could do with a bit of a touch-up in terms of how pricing is displayed. Other than that, a good store to go to. #WIN

Holiday Coffee Co. - You won't regret it
Received the FNB Coffee Magazine Award for the Best New Cafe (https://www.coffeemagazine.co.za/blog/1/5685/fnb-coffee-magazine-awards-winners-2019) in 2019 and it so well deserved! Dynamic and creative management deliver amazing eats (you have to try the Brownie and Blondie). The beverages always hit their mark and according to me, you will not find a better Mocha in the Eastern Cape (I've been around). I am a huge fan!

Best Takeaways
I’m always nervous when ordering takeaways from a restaurant. The portions are usually smaller and the taste just doesn’t match up with what you get when you sit down. Under lockdown regulations I was “forced” to get takeaways as it was the only option. I was wonderfully surprised and pleased by the portion and taste! I am so very pleased with this restaurant and can say, with confidence, it’s worth every rand you spend.
