We are in the midst of a Pandemic and Lancet is a no show?! I realize that you are a big company and do not need the support of the average man on the street but all I want to achieve with this complaint is for it to reach the Person(s) "@ the Top" and for him/them to tell me (the average man on the street) that their conduct is acceptable. Phoned the day before to make sure about the procedure(s) we have to follow to get our Covid Test for Travelling @ Midstream Medical Centre. Phone was either just ringing or engaged. Eventually the Hospital (Midstream Mediclinic) connected me with Lancet (also after a few failed attempts). Received instructions: Be there at 8, phone the given number, a Phlebotomists will come down to do the test immediately. I was assured there will be NO delay as I had only an hour available to take the test. There is a backup Phlebotomists taking samples. Got there 10min early, waited till 8, phoned the number a few times... NO ANSWER! tried to go through the Hospital.. NO ANSWER! NO Phlebotomists, NO backup, NO show!? Drove off, went to Vermaak, got immediate professional and friendly service! Heard later that LANCET is mostly a no show over weekends. Wish I knew this earlier!
Have been struggeling for 5 days to get any help from Supersonic. The Superstars @ the call centre cannot assist with any type of problem, and that is if you are lucky enough to get through after holding the line for at least 30 min. We have been promised a technician for 4 days now..... nobody showed up yet. Please do not make any promise if you cannot deliver!
SCAM!! SCAM!! Embarrased to say, I fell for it!! Was so excited to receive the order, especially with winter coming. Hope you get what you deserve!
