I bought an item from this company for R5000 and paid the R1000 deposit as required The agent then came back to me and said she has been made an offer by another buyer for R10,000 and whether I would like to match it. I was not prepared to pay R10000 This is not an auction. It is bought outright If they have a hundred sales running and I miss out on 10 are they going to then allow me to make a better offer on those 10 items? This opens a whole can of worms and does not guarantee ANY buyer they will secure an item None of this is set out in their rules unless they can prove otherwise.

I am going to get the consumer council to investigate this and Movingon will be forced to hand over all documentation of the seller to the small claims court
There is no way I will let this go
These agenrts have made false accusations and threatened me as well,I suppose to scare me off but I have done nothing wrong but been *****ed over 3 times
No one can sue anyone for the truth and what is in the public's interest.
Their pathetic evidence they threaten me with does not even exist

As per our numerous email correspondence we have advised you also on a number of occasions Moving On is only the agent and we do not own any of the items. When you purchase items from Moving on it is in our terms and conditions that a client has the right to increase the amount of the item or remove them. This is a very rare occurrence and does not happen often, this is in fact the second time it has occurred in my 17 years of doing Moving on, however it can happen and when it does Moving on has unfortunately no control. The seller has confirmed in writing that the heirs of the estate late have withdrawn the item in question. The letter and Moving on terms and conditions are available on request and can be been forwarded to you if you so wish.
I am not sure where we have threatened you as in you allegations made above or made false allegations. Please give us more information on these alleged allegations.
I had personally dealt with malicious and personal attacks from you over this incident which has nothing to do with Moving on.
We are trusting that this matter is now concluded.
