Terrible service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 6 pairs of scrubs online from Moy in March 2023 and it was delivered in June (they advertised as 3-4 weeks but it took 3 months to deliver after constant nagging). Out of the 6 pairs, one top and one pant (different colours) were the wrong sizes. I contacted Moy multiple times to resolve this and eventually in August they collected the 2 wrong sizes but did not deliver the correct sizes that were promised. I then asked for a refund in September and they said it would take a few days because "unfortunately we cant do a direct deposit payfast does handle all the payments and refunds." I then managed to contact the "owner" who promised I would get my refund asap. It is now 2 full months since I've been promised a refund, and 8 months since I've placed my order. Communication from them is very poor. They dont reply to emails/instagram messages/phone calls. They only reply to whatsapp messages on the odd occasion. Many colleagues are in a similar situation.

Would definitely NOT recommend this scheme to anyone!
