Ordered august 2023. Still not received anything. They sent a mass email around end of last year apologising for the delays due to wrong material ordered. Promised it would be delivered. Needless to say- nothing happened. Money in the drain. Plain *******

Hello, I want to address my deep disappointment regarding the current situation. Despite my considerable investment of over 2000 rand with your company, I find it extremely frustrating that I am unable to reach anyone for assistance. As a result, I am left with no choice but to consider legal action. I am still without an order I placed in August 2023. And have heard nothing from your company since November 2023. Honestly, the level of service provided by your organization is appalling. It's no wonder your sales have declined. I deeply regret not heeding the warnings from my colleagues about the poor quality of service your company offers. While your scrubs were once highly regarded in hospitals like Joburg Gen, Bara, and Helen Joseph, it's unfortunate that the same level of excellence is not mirrored in your management and customer service. I hope it weighs heavy on your conscious that you have essentially ****** from hard working doctors all over the country, who chose to support a South African small business rather than purchasing from the well know larger companies or choosing to go with international brands with their business like so many others do.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 6 pairs of scrubs online from Moy in March 2023 and it was delivered in June (they advertised as 3-4 weeks but it took 3 months to deliver after constant nagging). Out of the 6 pairs, one top and one pant (different colours) were the wrong sizes. I contacted Moy multiple times to resolve this and eventually in August they collected the 2 wrong sizes but did not deliver the correct sizes that were promised. I then asked for a refund in September and they said it would take a few days because "unfortunately we cant do a direct deposit payfast does handle all the payments and refunds." I then managed to contact the "owner" who promised I would get my refund asap. It is now 2 full months since I've been promised a refund, and 8 months since I've placed my order. Communication from them is very poor. They dont reply to emails/instagram messages/phone calls. They only reply to whatsapp messages on the odd occasion. Many colleagues are in a similar situation. Would definitely NOT recommend this scheme to anyone!

Ordered scrubs in June , it’s October now. They’re ignoring my calls / texts / emails / DMs. This is my second terrible experience with them , I don’t know why I didn’t learn my lesson. Really really terrible service , you won’t get your scrubs or get refunded

My experience with Moy has been far from smooth-sailing, unfortunately. I placed a order in April 2023 for 3 scrub sets, a gift to myself after having graduating with my masters degree. I read the lead time and was aware of the long waiting period, however I decided to follow-up on my order about 2 months later. I was informed the order would be out for delivery by the end of June. Needless to say, there was no further communication well into July, with no order in sight. When I was eventually contacted back, I was told my orders were still at the embroiderer, quite contrary to the last communication I had received about it being out for delivery. This sort of back-and-forth info went on for a further week or two, with Moy promising on numerous occasions that my scrubs were on the way and then going silent for days. Contact with Moy was difficult and there was very little proactive communication from their side regarding my order. I eventually started to fear the worst: that this was a ****. I communicated this to the contact provided, and surprisingly my scrubs were then delivered within the promised 3-5 working day period. There was still a problem though: one scrub top was missing. In addition, their sizes are definitely not true to size, I ordered small tops but I could not fit them over my chest! I had ordered 2 scrubs sets from another company, in the same sizes, and they fit perfectly! So I think its fair to say 'this was not a nice surprise. I requested a refund, unfortunately since my tops were embroidered I will be not be able to get my money back for them. All 3 scrub sets were picked up 2 weeks ago and I am still awaiting communication regarding my refund. In total, a very traumatizing experience for me, despite the FANTASTIC material quality of the scrubs the overall experience has been horrible, what was supposed to be a celebration of hard work and achievement turned into months of uncer*****y and ultimately a loss of finances totalling over 3k. I sincerely hope with all my heart that others have not had similar experiences

I recently, well not recently, eight weeks ago ordered Scrubs from a company called Moy Scrubs. I have been emailing and calling for two months.When I get the owner on the line he is telling me about his problems, it's not his fault. I don't get how it's not his fault. He ran a special on a product which cost almost R1000. He got over 600 orders and he is making it my fault . As a Dr, to another health professional, don't order from this man. He is not a business man and he must go and study business management. How is two months, axactly 6 weeks more than promised not his fault. I am going to make Scrubs and sell them if he continues. Poor poor business and poor sense of ownership.
