I changed my gadget, downloaded an app to the new gadget. Managed to activate my personal login on an app…struggled to activate business login on app. Woke up today to go to the bank for assistance. In my life was for a first time hearing a bank saying I must go home and wait for an OTP or hang around the mall. Because they have delayed time to issue OTP. Now I can’t access money on my account to buy groceries.
As we speak no OTP has came through…meaning even tomorrow I will not have petrol to go to church . First time ever receiving such service. In summary Capitec bank was unable to resolve their issue and ask me to do it.
