ABSA idirect ZERO customer service. You phone and hold for 30 minutes…no response…an hour of no response.. when they answer they forward you to someone you need to hold for another hour and the line will cut without being helped. Mind you they double debited me for a policy I cancelled.
I changed my gadget, downloaded an app to the new gadget. Managed to activate my personal login on an app…struggled to activate business login on app. Woke up today to go to the bank for assistance. In my life was for a first time hearing a bank saying I must go home and wait for an OTP or hang around the mall. Because they have delayed time to issue OTP. Now I can’t access money on my account to buy groceries. As we speak no OTP has came through…meaning even tomorrow I will not have petrol to go to church . First time ever receiving such service. In summary Capitec bank was unable to resolve their issue and ask me to do it.
<p>Mi way car insurance claim car hire terminated before the repairs were finished and 30 days not over, then Avis investigator came nocking on my door. I have been calling Miway to extend my car hire but nooo luck, I spoke to Simon who said he will speak to his supervisor but nothing, spoke to Naledi yesterday who promised to cone back to me after consulting supervisor but never did, had to call again yesterday later another guy was unable to help and said his supervisor by the name of Dudu said my case will be attended today , they said they will call by 10 H00 but it's 11H20 already. Avis expect me to pay for extra days. </p>
<p>I applied for discovery medical aid in June 22,2017 through Ms. Penelope asked and answered all questions that was okay, then apparently there's a next step "underwriters" , they kept on phoning me and asking for my dependent diagnosis while my dependent was never admitted, I was, they phoned 3 times asking the same thing and I explained again, and at some point they told me that that's the information they have and they need diagnosis,I told them I cant fabricate diagnosis when Mom was never admitted,to my surprise they phoned again today asking very same detail "diagnosis for my dependant" to tell you the truth I was enough, I felt like I was being frustrated deliberately. I told them to cancel my application and they were happy to do it, it like I was asking a favour and will not be paying premiums. I hope no one get treated this way. </p>
