Dowefs Flowers : daylight robbery

Warning: Dangerous Dave Members please be weary of Dowers Flowers whom claim to be qualified, koi pond specialists. I procured the services of Dave Dower, roughly two years ago, to have my koi pond waterproofed, the bitumen paint he put on peeled off within two months and the pond continued to leak. He came back to redo his work, only when I declared I was willing to esclate matter. He painted only the upper half of my pond which obviously also peeled off. He then ignored all correspondence thereafter and hung up on my calls a few times. To add insult to injury during his initial work, when my dad passed on during his work, he demanded his holding pool back, demanding final payment despite me telling him I was away and couldnt inspect the work as I was busy with my dads funeral arrangements. He charged me R6000 which was complete robbery as his work is shawdy with no after sales service. I then incurred further costs to have the pond waterproofed by Rock Pool Oasis. Finally a job well done by an amazing professional man, Karl.
