Customer service still exist !!

Today I went to MP Solar, after the hail destroyed one of my solar panels to get a quotation to have it replaced.

At the time I met Pieter, and he advised that they did not have stock on the spesific one I needed and he would make some calls, expecting this to take a while I anticipated a day or 2.

Pieter got on the phone right there, found a panel and negotiated a great price on it.

From the time I entered MP Solar's offices to complete replacement it was within an hour.

Customer service still exist, and you can definitely test this your self at MP Solar.
