Today I went to MP Solar, after the hail destroyed one of my solar panels to get a quotation to have it replaced. At the time I met Pieter, and he advised that they did not have stock on the spesific one I needed and he would make some calls, expecting this to take a while I anticipated a day or 2. Pieter got on the phone right there, found a panel and negotiated a great price on it. From the time I entered MP Solar's offices to complete replacement it was within an hour. Customer service still exist, and you can definitely test this your self at MP Solar. Thank you for the excellent service.
I ordered a Inverter and batteries from them online a day before a public holiday. The next day ( which was a public holiday) I received a call from them informing me that the specific model I ordered was not in stock and they discussed the alternative. 2 days later the items were delivered. This shows you the dedication to customer service as they will work on Public Holidays to ensure the customer are informed and their service is not limited to office hours. Currently I have an issue with my system, they arranged for the collection and keep me informed on a daily basis. Thank you to Andrea Smith and the team at WCCTV for this level of service.
Easy equity is deliberately misleading the public by using **** data - Be aware this company is a ****. I bought shares at R5.00, the shares increased the next day to R12.50 - and guess what, I lost 30%. So if the shares increase you lose money. They also have an app via Capitec, so I checked the Capitec app and the easy equity app - the figures presented on both are different on the same time. So they make you believe that you are buying or selling at a rate which is factually incorrect ( based on data from their own system). Do not use them to trade anything. they are **** and busy *****ing the public's money.
The worst insurer in the world. Before you ever consider to change to Discovery Insure - try to call the claims department, this is non existing. You can never get through to the claims department to submit a claim, any E-Mails they reply to are generic and not helpful at all.

I ordered building material on 23-01-2020 online and received confirmation that these items will be delivered to me on Saturday 25-01-2020. Saturday afternoon I called the central number and they put me through to Builders Warehouse Zambesi, where i was informed that they will only deliver on Monday 27-01-2020. On Monday 27-01-2020 at 15:30 they called me to inform me that they have loaded the truck and they are ready to ship to me. So i informed the lady that the delivery was expected on Saturday and no one was able to accept it now. So the lady agreed that it would be shipped in the morning, I explicitly told her before 11:00. Then she added, the 10Mpa Cement bricks are not in stock, but they are sending the 7Mpa bricks which is exactly the same ??????????? so why are they defrauding the public by selling 7Mpa with 10Mpa prices ????? - So after about 30 SMS's and E-Mails on credit notes and charges we are now at 28-01-2020 13:00 and they call me to ask me for my address ???????? - @ Builders Warehouse Zambezi. You are pathetic, beyond pathetic... I will by at your store today to collect my full refund and I will be sending you the invoice for the costs i uncured due to your incompetence. Please fire all your staff and start with people who knows the difference between 7Mpa and 10Mpa and what impact it has.
