Poor service

My husband signed a contract on 28 April no money as yet profile say have been submitted we are borrowing every month by them now try to phone noone answers email no answers like we talk to a robort after all we always oay but every month they lie and sayyou can apply for more then they lower the amount every month started on R3000 now only R1100
