RIP-OFF OF THE YEAR AWARD GOES TO MR BEN DEALS

Paid 9k for a brand new Iphone X last year. Been babbling for months on end where i was told the shipment is delayed etc, it got to a point where i was wanting a refund and i was told unfortunately it cannot be done, however "We can arrange a payment plan of R100 a month back to you." Doesn't take rocket science to say what was going on when i received that message. I then took this further to lodge a case against him and i could not locate or track him thereafter.
