A big thanks to Richard and the team, our geyser burst and the guys had it replaced the next day. During a busy December period they replaced the geyser under warranty and dealt with the manufacturer for us. The team are efficient and tidy up after themselves so nicely.

We had a warranty claim through Heat tech with Mr Drain and Geyser. They had to drain the geyser which I requested running the water through the taps. They ignored the requested and removed the geyser through the trap door flooding my entire passage damaging cupboards, wooden floors and paintings and paint on the walls. I put in a third party claim against their insurance and the owner-Richard( who gave me there brokers details) refuses to pay the R1000 excess. I I sent him pictures and videos of the water pouring out our ceilings. A year later we still have not even had an apology or a call. There service, and attitude is disgusting.
