Mr Panda Bruma - Onwer Rude Rude Rude.

The way one gets treated at the Panda shop in Bruma is a despicable. I asked the tall guy for an item (He must be the owner), Rudest individual I have ever encountered.....! I explained what I need in detail. When I got home it was the wrong item he gave me and would not work in my PC. I went back maybe an hour later as I was desperate for the correct item. They did not have the correct item and seeing that it was his mistake I asked for a refund. Without warning or even willing to consider my request the tall guy started swearing at me in front of all the customers , said he has never seen me in his life before, called his henchmen over and finished his rant by saying something along the line of you *H&^%$ people are all the same...followed by a further string of swear words...Ja..Bye bye China Mall.
