Disgraceful customer service
If there was -1000 it wouldn’t even surfice,they sell **** poor quality stuff ,and dnt try return owner has a brain worse than a rock,no ethics no morals and instead chases you away,this isn’t Asia,maybe get back on your boat,eat your noodles and play on your mobile,not even sure you could handle a mobile,yet you probably googling ways to **** and rob innocent ppl,you work ethic isn’t even fit for wildlife net alone dealing with customer service and ppl ,you completely braindead...worst experience of my life shocking.....shut your doors your *****

Disgraceful customer service

Despicable owners and service from this store.
If I could give this STUPID store 0 stars I would. They sell broken ****. What an unpleasant experience. And the owners are shamelessly rude. I will never buy from this idiotic store ever. If these despicable owners even care about reviews maybe they’ll adjust their disgusting attitude and realise that THEY NEED customers NOT the other way around. Their cheap quality and broken stuff is really not worth the trouble. Wasted my time and petrol going to that store. Wouldn’t be surprised if they close down in the near future. Clearly have 0 customer etiquette perhaps never even heard of such or under the perception it’s not applicable to them.

Crooks
Don't buy anything there. Batteries don't have a warranty. I bought a R4000 deep cycle battery which packed up after 7 months. When I went to return it the boss refused to exchange it saying there is no warranty. They sell rubbish then refuse to take responsibility. Avoid them!!

Mr Panda Bruma - Onwer Rude Rude Rude.
The way one gets treated at the Panda shop in Bruma is a despicable. I asked the tall guy for an item (He must be the owner), Rudest individual I have ever encountered.....! I explained what I need in detail. When I got home it was the wrong item he gave me and would not work in my PC. I went back maybe an hour later as I was desperate for the correct item. They did not have the correct item and seeing that it was his mistake I asked for a refund. Without warning or even willing to consider my request the tall guy started swearing at me in front of all the customers , said he has never seen me in his life before, called his henchmen over and finished his rant by saying something along the line of you *H&^%$ people are all the same...followed by a further string of swear words...Ja..Bye bye China Mall.

Disgusting!!!
The owner is rude and very disrespectful!!! He swears his customers, when I bought something from there and later found out that it’s not working so when I took it back to him he says *vulgarly* that we broke it and now we brining it back because when he sold it , it was working .

Bad customer service
I bought some kids toys on Saturday and my son opened the box that evening only to find out that the arm for the Legq was missing so I told him to put everything back and we will change it tomorrow morning(Sunday). We went back to the store to exchange and the sales assistant refused to exchange even though I produced the till slip. There was no manager in the store and he said I must call his boss in China. Although this was only 15 bucks but the manner in which i was received was horrible. Makes me wonder how people can get robbed over the festive season!
